Can I Ship To...?

We can ship most items to a PO Box or APO/FPO Address. This excludes oversized items and those shipped directly from our vendors.

Levenger can ship world-wide to many countries. For all international orders, import fees (duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by our carrier upon delivery. Please contact us for shipping charges to countries other than the U.S. and Canada. 

Discounts

Discount promotions exclude gift cards, Daily Deals, Sale, Clearance, luxury brand pens and ink, select furniture, lighting and desk accessories, Crane greeting cards, Cavallini, Humanscale, Leuchtturm, Palomino Blackwing, Rhodia, Rifle Paper Co., and already-reduced ensembles, bundles, sets and kits. Cannot be combined with any other offer or applied to previous or pending purchases. Exclusion from discount should be noted in the Details section of product page.

 

Free shipping promotions exclude selected furniture, lighting, books, Special Request™ and personalized cards and certain shipping destinations. Free Shipping promotions with a minimum purchase threshold are applied to order totals after product discounts. Order total must reach minimum after discounts to receive Free Shipping.

Gifts & Gift Cards

Levenger.com shoppers can ship their gifts directly to the recipients by selecting a different ship to at checkout. By noting the order as a gift, we will not print prices on the packing slip, and you can include a personalized gift notecard in your order.

 

In addition, we offer Gift Magic which allows you to send a gift without having to enter the recipients shipping address. You will generate unique “magic link containing your gift. Send this link to your recipient using Messenger/SMS/Email. They open the link to reveal your gift and provide their own shipping address. After your gift-recipient provides a delivery address, we will notify you by email. The “pay“ button in the email will return you to this website checkout make payment (You pay just for the gift. Our magic is totally free!)

 

Yes, we can gift wrap most items for you. Look for that option in your shopping cart. Certain products, along with products sent directly from our vendors, cannot be gift wrapped. If an item is available for gift wrapping, that option will show in the shopping cart. As well, a gift note can be included on most items at no extra charge, and that option also shows in the shopping cart.

Levenger Rewards

Levenger Rewards members earn and accrue points redeemable for discounts, gifts and other rewards. Account holders earn Levenger Rewards points on every Levenger purchase to redeem toward discounts and other rewards. To participate, you must login and create a Levenger account to begin earning points based on your purchases. Every account holder is automatically awarded 25 points, and points have been accrued for Levenger account holders on their purchases since April 1, 2023. Note: Customers must be logged into their Levenger account at time of purchase to earn points. Rewards points expire 6 months from purchase date.

 

VIP Tiers: Reader (spending $0–$199.99) earns 1 point per dollar spent. Writer (spending $200–$499.99) earns 1.25 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus. Thinker (spending $500–$749.99) earns 1.5 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus. Dreamer (spending $750+) earns 2 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus.

Earning points: Every account holder is awarded 25 points to start. Readers (spending $0–$199.99) earn 1 point per dollar spent. Writers (spending $200–$499.99) earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus. Thinkers (spending $500–$749.99) earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus. Dreamers (spending $750+) earn 2 points for every dollar spent plus a one-time free gift and point bonus. Special promotions throughout the year offer double Rewards points for every purchase.

 

Extra points can also be earned by following one of our social media channels (10 points each), providing a birthdate (100 points), reading our blog (15 points), writing a product review (20 points) or product review with photo (30 points), signing up for emails (20 points), signing up for text messages (10 points) or making 3 or more purchases of $100+ within a 6-month period beginning April 11, 2024 (100 points). 

 

Redeeming points: Account holders can choose from their available redemption options at checkout. (See more here.) Customers must be logged into their Levenger account at time of purchase to redeem points. Rewards points expire 6 months from purchase date.

 

Levenger account holders can redeem a maximum of $40 in points per transaction. Rewards points expire 6 months after time of purchase. Returned items will forfeit points earned; for returned items on orders with multiple products, points are divided relatively between the products based on the cost of each product. Refunds for any product will reflect the redeemed rewards applied at time of purchase. Rewards points are not combinable with all discounts and promotions.

Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Levenger's servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with most of today’s browsers. Only Levenger can read the encrypted information sent to us.

Orders & Returns

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. Your order will then be processed within 1 – 3 business days depending on availability and customization. Once shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking details.

Orders may ship in multiple shipments and if an item is sold-out or backordered you will receive an e-mail notification within 24 - 48 hours.

Shipment processing times

  • All Orders for in stock products are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends & holidays).

  • Selected pens, lighting and furniture may have additional processing times; see the product page for additional details under the shipping tab.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday will be processed on Monday.

  • If you select Standard or Express shipping and place your order by 11am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday), we'll ship all in stock non personalized items that same business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for these orders.

  • We cannot ship Standard or Express orders to a PO box address.

We have customer care agents dedicated to aiding with all orders and inquiries. You can reach our call center by dialing 800-544-0880. Customer Care Representatives are available Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 7:00 pm ET.

To change or cancel your order, contact our call center at 800-544-0880. For your security, we cannot make changes or cancellations on some items/orders.

We hope that you love your Levenger purchase, but if you are not satisfied you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 90 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original product packaging with a packing slip or accompanied by an order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All refunds/exchanges are issued within 7 — 10 business days of receipt. Returns are subject to an $8.95 return handling fee.

Personalized Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on personalized products. Verify your monogram or personalization is correct before purchasing. Click here for our personalization guide.

The order of initials is always first/middle/last. Initials are always monogrammed using same-size format. For example, Elizabeth Mary Brown would be EMB.

Full name can be up to 16 characters and can include the following symbols only: Periods (.), Commas (,), Ampersands (&), Quotation marks (") and Dashes (-)

Please note: Our system does not accept accents, i.e. (Andréa) on any type of personalized item. Click here for our personalization guide.

We offer monogramming on many products however, not all products are available for customization. If customization is available, the option to customize will be available on the product page. Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using FedEx or USPS only. You have the option of selecting Economy (ground), Standard (3-4 business days) or Express (1-2 business days) Shipping at checkout.

Shipping charges are based on the order value and delivery address. (Learn more here.) International Orders will include applicable taxes and duty fees.

Certain States require Sales Tax to be collected on shipping fees as well as on the product. You are not being billed the wrong rate; you are being billed tax on the full order total including shipping.
